ABOUT THIS CLASS
Master the art of chocolate tempering and create some uniquely flavoured chocolate bon bons with The Cake Botanist. The Cake Botanist will guide you through every technical step methodically. This masterclass is an in-depth course and is only taught one-on-one or in a group of two students to allow The Cake Botanist to give you the attention you need.
Students can perfect their tempering skills and learn how to work with different types of chocolate and moulds. Furthermore, working with basic kitchen equipment that will allow students to recreate chocolate decorations from their home kitchen.
This workshop is completely hands-on and can be taught at The Cake Botanist's studio in London or abroad.
